Feeling sorry for some people

I recently was forward an email that was originally sent from a long time family acquaintance that made me very sad…because it demonstrated how this person had been sucked in by a religious group that uses scare tactics to try to force people to God.
My best guess is first the email is a “are you a true Christian” guilt trip, second I think it shows that this person has drank someone’s “Kool-Aid” about living in the “end of days” and this is their way of trying to show all “us” non-believers or part time Christians that we going to Hell very soon if we don’t act like them. What they are doing is fear mongering; hidden inside text that try’s to tell you not to fear by turn yourself over completely to God hoping that this would scare someone to God.
As I read this email and watch the video link of a preacher from one of those “Money” churches talk about how RF ID chips are about to become mandatory by the US Government and how that co-insides with revolutions because it speaks of a mark put in the right hand that is of the beast and is of the anti-Christ in full swing in our world. These far fetched thoughts are taking what the bible reads and trying to make it fit into to today’s world by twisting the facts and events that are happening in the present day.
It’s truly is heartbreaking that people try to scare other towards God but this always back fires. These type of people must see all of us as sheep that have lost their way and they are the only people that can lead us home, but they have forgot we have always been lost sheep and we already have a shepherd in Jesus Christ who is leading us home. Their help is not really needed, because they are putting obstacles up in their path with these scare tactics and most will see that and be turned off.
For all you fear mongering Christians you need to remember “God alone is the one who acts and solves and saves”, Not these high paid preachers that only really care about you buying their sermons and books. If you want to help people find their way to Jesus Christ then love them, talk about your faith in the Lord, let them know you’re open to discuss your faith with them and you’ll answer any question you can but don’t tell them they are going to Hell or that their family is in trouble unless they believe. All that will do in completely shut them off from GOD.

If you would like to see the video here is the Youtube link.
